i have been taking these pills for a little over a month and i havent noticed any change at all in my eating habits or weight.

your pee turns bright yellowish due to the high vitamin content but thats it

its very affordable and doesnt have any harmful side effects but it just hasnt been working for me. i followed the directions perfectly and i cut back on calories but there has been no change in weight or appetite at all.
I've tried a lot of diet pills to lose those last fifteen pounds, and every one of them had some pretty miserable side effects. Dexatrim Max Complex 7 doesn't!!!! I find I'm not eating nearly as much as I did because I'm just not hungry. I also feel like I have a little more energy than I used to, but don't feel jittery or caffeine-hyped at all. This stuff is a miracle!!!!

The only side effect I've noticed is that, after taking the pills, I have bright yellow-green urine!
