I ordered Alli to help me lose the weight I need to.If you are loosing weight and satisfied with what you are doing now, I wouldn't even take the Alli diet pill. It blocks fats but also blocks the fat soluble vitamins that your body needs. I found that I would pig out and rely on Xenical to undo the damage...only it didn't work and I'm fatter then ever. It would have been a lot better for me to have worked on changing the behaviors that made me fat....more exercise, keeping a food diary, switching to 'good' fats, etc. Alli may work for you in the short term, but without making permanent behavior changes you'll probably just gain the weight back, so save your money. Good luck.

Well... honestly...

well, honestly, I would go by what your doctor says you need to eat. If you know what the side effects of the drug is, then you should know what you are supposed to eat. Alli prevents the absorbtion of fat molecules, so when you eat any fat, it will come out of you. So, if you eat 1000 calories, and there is little fat in there, you will be fine. If you eat 1000 calories of fat, you will be sick as a dog! According to your height, and age, and sex will determine how many calories will work for you, it should have no bearing on if you take the Alli product or not. Hope this helps!
